Billing (invoicing) operates within faculties and divisions rather than through one central office.  Throughout the University invoices and credit notes can be raised by different users.

 

Meanwhile Treasury is responsible for Receipting and Accounts Receivable which operates from a central point within Finance.

 

The manager of Billing & Accounts Receivable is John Hilton.

The responsibilities for Billing & Accounts Receivable include:

 

-  All Billing and Accounts Receivable, including AGSM & ADFA

-  All types of debt, including Sundry, Research, Related Entities, Student and Sponsor debt

-  Support is also available through the On-line Training Tool (UPK)

-  Creation of tax invoices for Controlled Entities
