This is a reminder that all purchases over $10,000 still need 3 written quotes. (You should enter the 3 quotes in the PO Activities on the main page). The paperwork should be filed away with your purchase order information for audit purposes.
You do not need three written quotes if you are purchasing through eProcurement.
