- Who/What is Covered?
UNSW has protection for claims by third parties made against staff or students (including students on placement) seeking compensation for negligence in the provision of its professional services as a trainer, educator, researcher, operator of canine testing facilities and provider of legal advice.
- Level of Cover
Do I need extra cover?
Generally no. This policy does not cover Contractors or Consultants as they are required to carry their own insurance, however, upon specific application, coverage may be extended to include such parties.
